Hier eine Beschreibung des musikalischen Schaffens von Ralf Klotz:

  • Seit 1996 Kirchenmusiker an der Stadtpfarrkirche St. Martin in Biberach an der Riss mit Chorleitung, d.h. Leitung der Chöre Evangelische Kantorei und Vokalensemble Belcanto, Orgelspiel und Konzerttätigkeit.
  • Einspielung von Chor- und Orgel-CDs
  • Tätigkeit als Komponist (Kompositionen Sing hallelujah, Johannespassion, Lukaspassion, Die sieben Worte Jesu am Kreuz, Totentanz) und Herausgeber von Noten v.a. Chormusik (Justin Heinrich Knecht Magnificat, Pastorale, Rund um mich her u.a.)
  • Seit 2013 Zusammenarbeit mit dem Maharaj Trio (Indische Musik, CD Celebration)

Ausbildung:

  • absolvierte ein sechsjähriges Musikstudium an der Musikhochschule Trossingen als Organist, Komponist und Chorleiter mit Abschluß Kirchenmusik Diplom-A
  • Chor- und Orgelstudien führten ihn zu Prof. Manfred Schreier, Prof. Michael Alber, Prof. Harald Vogel, Prof. Ewald Kooimann, Prof. Gerd Wachowsky, Prof. Michael Radulescu. u.a.
  • Er war Dozent für Orgel und Popularmusik an der Kirchenmusikalischen Fortbildungsstätte KMF Schlüchtern/Hessen
  • Konzerttätigkeit auch in den europäischen Nachbarländern England, Frankreich, Italien, Polen und Schweiz

Ralf Klotz graduated from

  • Trossingen College of Music, Germany, after six years of studying organ playing, composing and conducting.
  • He did further choir- and organ studies with Professor Manfred Schreier, Professor Michael Alber, Professor Harald Vogel, Professor Ewald Kooimann, Professor Michael Radulescu and others.
  • At the Institute for Church Music in Schluechtern, Germany, he was teaching organ and popular music and is now working as senior church musician in Biberach, Germany.
  • His choir and organ concert activities led him to the neighbouring European countries of Great Britain, France, Italy, Switzerland, and Poland.
  • Apart from choral CDs he recorded organ recitals
